CHARLOTTE'S 3 MINUTE BELLY BLITZ - WEEK 4

WEEK ONE RESULTS
Total Rounds:  I did 10 rounds x2 plus Bodypump at the gym one night and a PT session another.
Weight:  gained 1lb
Measurements:
ARMS no loss
THIGHS no loss
BUST 1 inch
WAIST 0.5 inch

HIPS no loss
Total = 1.5 inches

THOUGHTS?
My diet this week was good until the weekend came...I can eat really clean for breakfast and lunch but when it comes to finishing work I want something quick and crave carbs, this is gunna have to stop!  In total I've lost 9.5 inches doing this DVD for 4 weeks (with one rest week in between due to being run down with the flu) I don't feel any different but my belly is less bloated which is a huge plus.  I think I'll do another round of 4 weeks of this DVD but make sure I stick to a healthy eating plan to see better results and use the hand weights every week rather than just half way through.
I highly recommend this DVD, the title is very misleading and it's certainly not a 3 minute workout... it's very high intensity interval style training and will deffo make you sweat like a b*tch!
