CHARLOTTE'S 3 MINUTE BELLY BLITZ - WEEK 2

WEEK TWO RESULTS
Total Rounds:  I completed 6 rounds x3 days and also went to Bootcamp on the Tuesday.
Weight:  stayed the same
Measurements:
ARMS no loss
THIGHS + 0.5 inch
BUST  no loss
WAIST 0.5 inch

HIPS 1 inch
Total loss of inches = 2 inches

THOUGHTS?
I struggled this week but only because my diet was quite rubbish... I had two takeaways in week two (Chinese and pizza) and went to Newcastle for the day shopping which ended up going somewhere nice for lunch then scoffing a big baguette on the train ride home.  
Obviously I didn't lose any weight but I didn't gain either... but then again I never really go by the scales it's always measurements for me!  
Next week I'll be doing more rounds, add the hand weights and improve my diet to hopefully see a big change.
