JILLIAN MICHAELS RIPPED IN 30: WEEK 4




WEEK 4, LEVEL4
Day 1:  I can't beleive it's the final week and I've stuck to it!  I'm so pleased with myself... I started level 4 and yes it was solid but I pushed myself really hard knowing my challenge was coming to an end.  I also did Bodypump at the gym and did some ab work.

Day 2:  Today I went on the treadmill for 20 minutes doing intervals of walking then sprinting, this is a great way to burn off fat.  I then did my Jillian DVD and worked on my arms with my 4kg weights.

Day 3:  I used today as my rest day but I did do Bodypump at at the gym in the evening.

Day 4:  When I first woke up I did my Jillin DVD and went on the treadmill for 20 minutes with my ankle weights on, mainly doing a power walk.

Day 5:  I did a Kettlebell class today at the gym and went home to do some ab work, I gave Jillian a miss today.

Day 6:  I'm almost finished!  Could manage to do all of the advanced versions of each move today and was so pleased.. my body was aching a little bit from yesterdays Kettlebell class but I still pushed myself.

Day 7:  The final day is officially here... I completed my Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 challenge.  Am I ripped? certainly not, I have lost weight, gained muscle in all the right places and can fit into clothes I couldn't fit into before starting the challenge though and I feel amazing. 

I will be posting my before and after photos in the next week or so along with a review, the difference is incredible I can't wait to show you :)
