You will need
- pitta breads (I went for wholemeal to be extra healthy)
- cheese and cheese grater
- salsa dip or tomato puree (go for the salsa if you can handle spicy stuff)
- your choice of topping (chicken, mushroom, onion etc.)
Spread the salsa dip/tomato puree on one side of the pitta bread evenly then add your choice of toppings. I chose chicken as I love it! Then just grate your cheese on top, you can have as much or as little as you want.
Pop in the oven for roughly 18-20 minutes until you get this...
Much healthier than a greasy takeaway pizza, add some salad to it aswell! ENJOY :)
