You will need
- pitta breads (I went for wholemeal to be extra healthy)
- cheese and cheese grater
- salsa dip or tomato puree (go for the salsa if you can handle spicy stuff)
- your choice of topping (chicken, mushroom, onion etc.)

Spread the salsa dip/tomato puree on one side of the pitta bread evenly then add your choice of toppings.  I chose chicken as I love it!  Then just grate your cheese on top, you can have as much or as little as you want.
Pop in the oven for roughly 18-20 minutes until you get this...
Much healthier than a greasy takeaway pizza, add some salad to it aswell!  ENJOY :)

  1. It's funny really when you think about it - it's so easy to make your own pizza and they are usually healthier and yummier than take aways, but still we rarely make them ourselves - this MUST change. Looks very yummy! Xx

    1. i know!! the takeaway ones are always full of grease and tonnes of salt, these taste really nice and are better for you :) x

  2. This is a great post very different too! You don't see much food posts around which is a nice aspect I love cooking things home made and this looks super yummy so bookmarked it :D love your blog too! now following x

  3. Ooh I'm going to have to get some gluten free pitta bread now and try this. I don't like how greasy take out pizzas are, nor can I eat them now because of the gluten. (Gluten sensitivity :( boo) so I've not ate pizza for such a long time. I'm too impatient to make the base myself hah.
Will definitely have to try this though as it looks so good. :D

    Juyey xx

I appreciate all comments :)
