Well it's September tomorrow, where the hell has 2013 gone?! This year has flew soooo quick, so much has happened, I've learnt quite a lot about myself this year and i'm so excited for Christmas.  Totally looking forward to the colder months as this heat has been almost unbearable.  I'm ready to pull out my autumn/winter wardrobe and cool down!

Over the past 8 years or so I have used tonnes of skincare items and tried loads of different brand names from high end to cheap and cheerful... These are the products what I've been using for a while now and trust even though I have still yet to find my perfect skincare routine, these products work wonders for me...

This is a purifying foaming gel cleanser made specially for oily/sensitive skin and is soap free.  I have been using this for the past 5-6 weeks now and it has helped my skin look more clear and feel really soft.  I paid around £12 for this in Boots and decided to treat myself after reading the good reviews, I have never tried this brand before and heard nothing but good things from other beauty bloggers and in magazines etc. so thought i'd see what the fuss was about.
I use this every morning and evening making sure I use a pea sized amount and mix it with warm water, lather it up and cleanse my skin with it.  I then rinse it off with warm water then do a final rinse with cold water.  My skin feels very clean and fresh after every use and the fact you only need a small amount is a bonus because this 200ml tube will last months!  If you have oily, sensitive skin like myself then this would be great for you, it's also good at eliminating excess sebum (oiliness).

One of the biggest hypes on the beauty blogging scene over the past year has to be this product... At first it was only available to buy in France then it popped up on Ebay and now you can buy it on plenty of other websites and in some UK stores.  I paid around £7 for this on Ebay and this is the 250ml size.  This is an absolute god send for removing heavy makeup including eye makeup, you just put a small amount on some cotton wool and remove your makeup with it and your skin is clean as a whistle.

I first heard about this spray toner from Vivianna Does Makeup and the fact it has zinc in it which is perfect for oily, blemish prone skin I decided to purchase it.  I saw this on Farmaline which is a French website and thought I'd purchase two as the delivery is very expensive.  Serozinc is £8.98 and the delivery cost is £5.95 so it only made sense to order more than one.  They don't have serozinc in Boots just yet but hopefully they will stock it soon as it's such a good product.  All you do is spray it on your skin or you can spray it onto a cotton ball and wipe it over your skin (I prefer to just spray straight onto the face) after cleansing and you can even spray it on top of your makeup to stop any oil.

I've tried sooo many moisturisers and I always seem to come back to this one as I know I can trust it with my skin and it won't break me out.  It's perfect for the most sensitive skin as it has no harsh chemicals or perfume in it.  You can get this in most stores like Boots, Superdrug and even supermarkets for around £3-£4 so it won't break the bank.

I'm onto my second tube of this and ready for my third, you apply this to any blemishes/spots and can instantly feel a 'burning' sensation and I can't rave enough about how much this works and how quick it reduces/gets rid of spots.  This bad boy needs to be in every girls (and boys) skincare routine if you're prone to spots and blemishes.  Not sure how this is on acne prone skin but it's worth a try!

This little pot is a face mask with small beads in and is great for reducing pore size.  I only use this once a month or so as it's kind of like a treat for the skin and works better when you use it occasionally.  You can either apply it for 5 mins for a quick refresher or leave it on for 15 mins for a mini facial.  Massage it in a circular motion and wait until the green beads dissolve, I mainly keep it on for the full 15 mins as I don't use it weekly as suggested.

Any brand clay face masks are amazing and I'm currently using the Superdrug ones and my skin feels so refreshed and cleansed everytime I use one.  I only use half of a sachet and keep the other half for next time and mainly use these 1-2 times per week to keep skin looking tip top and get rid of excess oil and dirt.

I've been using this product for years now and can't seem find a scrub that works as well as this and for such a great price you can't go wrong at all.  Scrubs away dead skin cells, removes blackheads and makes skin feel as soft as a baby's bum.  You can buy this in most stores and in supermarkets for around £3-£4, bargain!

As well as the Clean&Clear spot treatment gel, this wonder product is perfect for spots.  We all have them days when our skin gets a couple of spots or blemishes, well if you apply sudocrem to the problem area it helps reduce the redness and gets rid of bacteria to stop the spots/blemishes from getting worse.  You can also use this as a face mask but it's not recommended to use all the time as it can clog pores.  I use this as a mask 1-2 x per month and on really bad spots when they decide to make an appearance.

I don't use an eye cream everyday as I forget but this is fab for days when my eyes are feeling dry or when i'm hungover and need to banish those nasty bags!  It reduces puffiness and is perfect for even sensitive eyes and doesn't cost a bomb.  I'm yet to find my perfect eye cream but this works well.

So I finally treat myself and splurged on this gorgeous bag from Zara, after having my eye on it for months and feeling envious seeing other bloggers with it I decided to just go for it and order it before it was too late.

The Zara office city bag can be bought online here for £49.99

I first heard about Juice To U on twitter and checked out their website here
Alot of people on twitter who had tried it seemed to have lost around half a stone on the 3 day detox and this instantly made me want to order it.
The price including delivery was £92.00 which is very steep but I wanted to see fast results and doing a detox sounded really appealing.
All deliveries are delivered on a Tuesday morning ready to start the programme on the Wednesday, the juices come neatly packaged with an ice pack to keep cool and two lemons which are to slice and add to your drinking water.
Please note that this is a completely honest review :)

Clean Green - this is meant to be the fat burning juice and is certainly not the best tasting one.  It has spinach, cucumber, celery, apple and lime in it and is meant to be drank twice a day (9am and 3pm)

Lets Glow - this juice has orange, apple, kiwi, grapes and strawberry in it and tastes abit better than the Clean Green one.  This is meant to make your skin glow

Berry Good - this juice was the better tasting juice and was easier to drink but was very thick so took a little longer to consume.  This includes pineapple, blueberry, strawberry, apple and raspberry

Day one was the easiest day, I firstly had a glass of water with lemon squeezed into it then drank Clean Green at 9am and was almost sick!  The worst tasting thing I've ever tasted I had to block my nose it was that bad but I managed to drink the whole thing.  12pm came and it was time to drink Lets Glow, this one was easier to drink but still not the best thing I've tasted.  Then it was the dreaded 3pm as it was Clean Green time, I blocked my nose yet again and downed it as much as I could... was relieved when I seen the empty bottle.  The last one of the day at 6pm was Berry Good and this tasted good but was a very thick consistency.
I felt full throughout the day and didn't crave food once.  I made sure I kept drinking water but this isn't a problem for me as water is the only thing I drink anyway.

Day two I was at work so was harder to drink the juices at the correct times.  I took a flask to put them in as I knew people would be asking tonnes of questions and couldn't be bothered to repeat myself all day telling people what i'm doing.
I didn't have to block my nose to drink Clean Green this time and drank my juices every three hours when I had time.  When I got home from work at 8pm I was a little peckish so ate a couple of crab sticks which I didn't think would be too bad, this was the hardest day...

I stuck to my juices on day three just like the other days, I finished work at 8pm and went to my boyfriends.  He had cooked me some food, chicken with new potatoes and peppers and had some wine.

I weighed myself on the fourth day and had lost 6lbs, I would have lost more if I didn't eat those crab sticks and had that meal with wine but I was still pleased.  My belly was much flatter, I felt less bloated, felt much more healthy and skin looked better.
Would I buy this again? honestly no, it's very expensive for what it is... you can buy a cheap juicer for around £30.00 and buy all the ingredients yourself however I do recommend it for those who have very busy lives and need a quick fix.
